Launching – The LoyalFree App for Walton
We are pleased to update you that as part of our support for our high streets and businesses the Walton BID has partnered with Elmbridge Borough Council and the loyalty app LoyalFree to provide free advertising for local businesses.
This service is free for you, has zero admin and you can get set up with one simple email!
What is the Loyal Free app?
The LoyalFree app can be used by locals and visitors to find exclusive deals, digital loyalty schemes, exciting events and interactive trails straight from their smartphone.
By promoting your business on the LoyalFree app, you will benefit from:
- Increased brand awareness to hundreds of local app users
- Advertising of offers with an option to run a digital loyalty scheme (no more paper cards = more environmentally friendly)!
- Customer insights through a live dashboard
- Click throughs to your website, social media, reviews and more
The Loyal Free app is free to all Walton BID businesses as part of our backing business and marketing and promotion objectives to drive footfall and support our local businesses.
How do I sign up my business?
There are no long forms or complicated technology – all you need to do is tell LoyalFree the exclusive offer you’d like to advertise and they will do the rest for you!
Your profile is created for you but once it’s live, you can log in to your personalised dashboard and make any changes you like – at any time!
Simply let LoyalFree know youroffer by emailing them at info@loyalfree.co.uk. You can have up to two offers at a time!
What makes a good offer on LoyalFree?
- The offer is either loyalty based (stamps) or exclusive to the app
- The offer has simple terms & conditions for the customer to understand
Examples include:
- 15% off your bill Monday – Wednesday
- 6th coffee free
- 10% off when you spend £20+
- Free drink with any cake between 3pm and 5pm

How will the Loyal Free app and offers be promoted?
Shortly after you sign up you will receive some marketing materials to display in store and staff training on how the app works.
We – Walton BID and Elmbridge – are asking businesses to sign up and we will then launch to Residents when we have a few businesses / offers online. Hopefully early February 2023. Read Here the full overview of this project plan / rollout.
Your offers will also be promoted through local social media, the Walton BID marketing channels (website and social media) and wider borough wide Elmbridge Borough Council campaigns.
Over the next few months we hope to build a fantastic community of offers and local residents to help promote our businesses, events and bring more people to our town centre.
